    Description

    Dollhouse miniature kit Santa's Cottage/Tiffani by Whitney, a Radmark (now Greenleaf) brand. Kit can be finished as Santa's Cottage or as Whitney "Tiffani' house. 1" to 1' scale. Finished size is 17"H x 16"W x 11"D.
    All parts are pre-cut. No screws, nails or special tools needed. Genuine luann plywood. Easy step-by-step instructions.

    Easy tab-and-slot assembly.

    Glue, paint, hardware, shingles, accessories and props are not included. Roof requires 450 shingles.
    This kit has been opened at the top, but nothing was removed. Otherwise, the box seems to be in good condition. The Santa's Cottage was a seasonal addition of a separate sell sheet rewrapped onto the original Tiffani box. The kit is dated 1990.
