Vintage EMPRESS 2 Anthropomorphic Dog Figurines Hats Bows Flowers Sparkles

So cute is this set of 2 Empress anthropomorphic dog figurines, made in Japan.  Both wear hat with colorful flowers, and have sparkles on everything except their faces and polka dot bows.  One has auburn hair, one black.  Wearing their hair in flips, 1960s dos. Both look flirty.  3 1/2" w. x 4" h.  No cracks, chips or hairlines on these cuties.
