    kit for a 1:12 eight room doll house that will measure 34 1/2" x 25" x 33" tall...
    includes everything but paint, glue and curtains... simple easy directions
    and very detailed. The box has shelf wear from storage. It is complete, I went thru the box to check off the pieces before listing.
