    Description
    A great barware collectable - a Bell's Scotch Whiskey bottle or decanter made by Royal Doulton. Bell's is a famous scotch distiller located in Perth, Scotland.  This original decanter dates to the 1950's.
    Starting in the early 60's, Spode produced the same decanter design, and then in 1966 Wade became Bell's primary manufacturer.  The Wade decanters are the most common; the Doulton and Spode decanters are far less common.
    The Doulton bottle is a quality piece!  The height of the decanter is about 10" and the diameter of the base is 6".  The paper label is gone, but the hallmark is on the bottom.  The handsome ceramic stopper is in fine condition.
