Shipping Policy:
Sizing services typically take 1-2 business days in addition to normal processing time for a new purchase/packing/shipping.  This service is offered for new items purchased from Bargain-Diamonds, before it is shipped to the buyer for the first time.  If the buyer needs a sizing service after receipt of their ring/rings, it is not done with free shipping/insurance back to Bargain-Diamonds nor free shipping/insurance to re-ship this item again to the buyer.
Returns Policy:
A Sizing Service is a for fee service provided to the consumer for their benefit and convenience, and done to the U.S. size requested per the specific request of the consumer buyer.  Sizing variations of +/- 1/4 size is within the typical and normal range for quality of service from a professional jewelry services company.
If the buyer requests a sizing service and the sizing is not done for the size requested by the buyer, the service provided will be verified and compared to the size the buyer requested.  If the jewelry service provider made an error, Bargain-Diamonds will provide service to correct the error.  If there is no error, the buyer is responsible for any additional sizing fees and shipping/insurance to Bargain-Diamonds and to return the jewelry to the buyer.
If the buyer requested a ring size and it is discovered that the buyer made a mistake in the size requested, the buyer is completely and solely responsible for requesting the incorrect size.  Resizing by the service provider used by Bargain-Diamonds or any other sizing service chosen by the buyer is at the buyer's choice and buyers expense without recourse to Bargain-Diamonds including shipping/insurance expenses.
