    Description

    The Palmetto is an Italianate design. The kit comes with milled clap board siding, five Classic windows and two exterior doors, interior and exterior steps, porch fencing and decorative trim. The kit has a single side access with tab locators for easy and accurate construction. The Palmetto is computer cut from 3/8″ cabinet grade Baltic Birch.
    The Palmetto has seven large rooms and has an overall dimension of 17″ wide by 27 1/4″ long by 31″ high. Shipping weight is 33 pounds.
