This listing is for a New 3M Disc Pad Face Plate-Ribbed 7" Extra Hard Back Up Plate P/N 051144-80514.  Some of the packaging has some dust and discoloration from sitting in the shop, but the plates are all in their original sealed packaging.
Please look at the pictures carefully, as I have tried to accurately capture the detail and quality of this item.
Note: Effective July 1, 2019, Ebay now automatically collects sales tax for just about every state, if you buy something from any seller.  This is a result of a court case, and impacts the small seller, and the buyer.  The sales tax is on the selling price of the product, and not the shipping.  I used to work the shipping into the price.  I am going to stop that practice to help the buyer out a little.  This is too bad, considering most of the items that I sell have had sales tax collected on them, at least once or twice in their lifetime.
