  • Condition: This is from an estate collection. The top pink roof rails have some cracks that have been glued (these are not bad as is but can easily be replaced. There are a few small scratches on the removable plexiglass panels (which are not apparent) these panels can also be replaced easily.

    Beautiful Hand Made Dollhouse Miniature Room Box 1:12
    Adorable Little Girl Child Playroom or Nursery
    Displayed on a Swivel Base
    Scene is Dress-up Tea Party with Dolls Bears and Stuffed Animals
    One side shows the door with flower garden, trellis, flowers and a sleeping cat and a Garden Angel outside
    Features White Victorian Rattan or Wicker Furniture
    Finished and decorated with detail - see partial list of included items below

    Two removable plexiglass panels to access both sides.
    Exterior is white lap board siding with pink and green trim.
    Gingerbread or Victorian trim around the top.
    Overall size is approximately 8 inches x 7.5 inches x 11" tall.

    This was hand made and is from a recent estate collection.  I do not have the artist name, but there were many intricately detailed dollhouses with many different styles and subjects included in this estate.
