    THIS IS A KIT. Scale is 1:24 or 1/2 scale.
    DOES NOT INCLUDE FURNITURE, ACCESSORIES OR FINISHING MATERIALS.

    It's a roombox with a twist.  A simple quick build kit to make a shed or garage to match your 1:24 dollhouse or to simply create a miniature scene when space is limited. No sanding or punching out parts. This is a kit. Pictures 6 and 7 show it next to a finished 1:12 kit (also available) to show scale reference. Also, picture 4 has a 1:24 Grand Fireplace (not included) to show size as well.  This is the shell kit with bare wood. You will get 6 piece kit complete with instructions and tip sheet.  Made here in the USA, hand cut from high quality birch.
    The dimensions of this once built is 9 3/8"  long by 5 3/4 deep and 5 3/4" tall to roof overhang, 7 1/4 inches tall to the top peak in the roof.
    This kit does NOT include
    window, door, paint and decor
    . We provide the shell and you supply the imagination. This does not come with any door or window cut outs.  They can be added for an extra charge. Please message for a price and a separate listing will be made just for you with the specified details.
    Turn it into a man cave, artist studio, guest room, potting shed, office, pool house, canning kitchen, produce stand....the possibilities are endless.  Recommended for 12 years old and up. As with all wood products, we cannot control the grain pattern and the flaking that may occur on cut edges.  These are not laser cut and they are cut by hand.  Feel free to contact me with any questions.  Thank you for looking.
