This is such a beautiful home. Such detail, and something you won't find today plus made to last. House is in vintage condition showing some dings, and scratches here, and there also some rust, and needs a good cleaning. Overall in my opinion not perfect condition, but good overall vintage condition from the 50's I believe. This is a great way to pass down a memory for your child. I know every little girl was so excited when they received this dollhouse. Please remember you are not getting new, but getting vintage condition. You also get the furniture pictured which will need a good cleaning. Shipped in box made to fit to reduce shipping charges as much as possible.
