    Description

    House for sale, 101 Memory Lane, USA. Two story Marx's large white brick with green accents colonial, complete with original furniture. Built in the early 1960's. Good condition, has very slight rust on floor, and chimney. Door bell doesn't work. Front porch and one post has damage, part of porch roof missing. .Amenities include five curtain valances. Florida room with jalousie windows, five awnings, shutters, two dormers, stair case, and eight pieces of fence. The ironing board is broken, but can be glued. The swing set is missing part of top rod. All tabs are in place, no weather vane on cupola. It ships unassembled. The house measures 44 inches x 14 inches and 19 1/2 inches high.
