    Description

    Never been open "Seaside Memories" outfit created by Connie Lowe in 2010 for IDEX.  Certifcate says only 20 outfits were made.
    As you can see the outfit is still in the original packaging, certificate was unrolled for the photo. Original box is included, plastic top slightly dented.
