VINTAGE 1940s Keystone Wooden Dollhouse-#33 Tudor-1947-6 DOLLS-GRAND PIANO-LOTS OF FURNITURE!

I will meet anywhere within 30 miles of Emmitsburg, MD to deliver dollhouse after payment is received. Contact me to confirm before buying.
This big Keystone Dollhouse lot includes all of the following:
* Doll house: #33 (1947). It is in very good shape. There front railing are loose, and there is some discoloration on the roof and some scuff marks on the outside walls (see last 3 pictures), but overall the condition is really nice. The light are cord are included, but the cord will need to be replaced!
* Set of 6 family dolls: These are Renwal dolls include the mother, father, son, daughter and two babies. They are intact and in very good shape with movable limbs.
* Lots of furniture: There are many plastic and wood pieces that complement the house. Several are Renwal plastic pieces (bathroom set) and some are wooden (bed, chair, etc.) or non Renwal plastic (can't identify manufacturer). All of the pieces seen are in good to great shape.
NOTE: I am including the following that were not in the original main picture (please see the 5th picture for add ins listed below):
* 2 other chairs (another upholstered living room chair like the one in the picture for a total of two, and another wooden dining room chair)
* End table/stool (?)

GRAND PIANO in great shape (it does not play, but the works look like they are in shape...some of the gears turn but one connection is not connecting!)
EXTRAS-I am including a lot of  broken/extra furniture pieces (see 4th from last picture). Most of these pieces are missing one piece (e.g. leg), but are in good shape otherwise.
