These  jeans are in good pre-owned condition.
They were washed in natural detergent.
They are a kids size 12.
The material is soft and sturdy 100% cotton.
The fabric does not stretch.
There are factory fades across the crotch and down the front.
The jeans have an adjustable elastic waist.
I have listed the maximum waist size below.
There are no stains, no rips, no smoke odors, no pet odors.

TO DETERMINE PROPER FIT:
Please go by the rise on these pants and determine where the
waist will sit on you and measure around this area on your body.
To know if the hips will fit you please measure around your bottom.
To get the waist measurement, I measure the pants straight across
the top of the waistband to get half the waist size.
Multiply this by 2 to get full waist measurement.
To get the hip/bottom measurement, I measure straight
across under the fly (zipper or button-fly).
This is the largest width. Multiply this number by 2.
For inseam measure from the edge of crotch seam to hem.

Across Waist : 13 1/4 inches (max)
Front Rise : 8 1/2 inches
Across Hips : 15 1/2 inches under fly
Inseam : 27 1/2 inches
Across Hem : 7 1/2 inches
