This newly made room box is hand built out of 1/4" MDF which is very sturdy and resists warping. This room box features:
This is one of the largest room boxes I've built.  See the measurements below.
Two stories! Lots of space to decorate!
The staircase on the lower level is built in with a wood paneling detail and a door that opens underneath the stairs.
The upper floor has a lovely, detailed railing and pretty Palladian window that opens.
Custom Wallpaper in a very subtle wallpaper that goes with lots of different colors.
Real oak wood floors plus wood baseboards, trim, etc.
Interior Measurements: First floor:  15 3/4 inches deep. The open space next to the stairwell is 14 3/4 inches wide.  In front of the stairwell it is 2 1/2 inches deep and 3 inches wide.
The second floor space is 14 inches wide x 10 1/2 inches deep.  The space at the top of the stairs is 3 inches wide x 5 3/4 inches deep.
The ceiling height of both floors is 9 1/4 inches.
Exterior Measurements: 18 3/4 inches wide x 16 5/8 inches deep x 19 7/8 inches high.
This room box is 1:12 in scale. For the adult collector.
