    I bought this at the Ann Arbor Art Fair about 15-20 years ago.  It was made by an American crafts person but it is unsigned.  I never hung this up or displayed it.  New condition.
    About 5 1/8" tall, 4.5" wide, 1/4" thick
    Brown textured cord, washers are unglazed ceramic
    Design and wording are debossed
    gloss glaze, back side unglazed
