Antique Original "THE PALMER" Industrial Thermometer on a Wooden Display Base
The V-Shaped Backing with Thermometer 30 - 180 Degrees.  Thermometer WORKS ... don't know how accurate ... !
The Brass Framework is embossed:
"THE PALMER  CINCINNATI O.  U.S.A."
The V-shaped Backing is marked:
"red  reading  mercury (inside a rectangle)".
The Thermometer Framework is Backed with Painted Metal.
USED CONDITION:
There are the normal scruffs & scratches to The Palmer Thermometer due to use & storage.  Displayed on a New Wood Base ... can be removed, if desired.
Approximate Measurements:  15.75" H (not including stand).
