Here is a Large Southern Style Doll House with 2 Ells and Patio with Such Detail. This Doll House was Commissioned by a Woman Almost 70 Years ago to replicate her Summer Home in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. I can only imagine the months it took to build it. The detail of the foyer with the bannister with tiny rails, crown moldings, base boards, the floors, the Library with built in fireplace, book cases, paintings, picture window, 2 front doors to patio which is one ell. The other ell is a kitchen with another bay window, wonderful floor that leads to the beautiful dining room with built in corner hutches, 3 windows with drapes, this leads to the first floor foyer and small water closet under stairway. The living room has another fireplace with beautiful detail, crown moldings, baseboards and wood floors. It has a large master bedroom with crown molding, baseboards, windows with drapes. Another bedroom that is about the same. The second floor foyer has another stairway to the spacious attic with room to expand. This is an extremely well built house. It also has double porches and the patio is gorgeous. There is copper over the bay window, asphalt shingles and trim work is amazing. This house is Stunning and it comes with all the Vintage Furnishings. Hand stitched rugs, hooked rugs, chandeliers, one is crystal, dining room, living room, bedrooms, library, foyers, porches, patio, federal mirror, limoges, brass bed, metal bed, canape bed. Everything you see comes with this beautiful house . To replace all this and all items would cost a fortune ! It has some wiring so it looks like at one time it was electrified.
